Our mission is focused on creating awareness, education, healing, self-love, empowerment and the exploration of the infinite nature of human and Universal potentiality through the philosophy of Heartistry.

Heartistry – an approach to Conscious Evolution.

As torchbearers of a culture of Conscious Evolution, we at The Anahata Foundation, have learnt in our experience that the biggest impediment to the process of true spiritual growth and expansion is our struggle to 'Believe or not to Believe'. This, to us, is a paradoxical dilemma.

To ‘Believe’ in something is to commit oneself to some Belief system or someone else’s wisdom or experience, in other words, to sign off from exploring beyond that Belief system or Individual, hence, limiting our perspective to only what we choose to believe in… which is not too different from a religion, to be fair. On the other hand, to ‘Not Believe’ is to reject a Belief system or someone’s wisdom… to refuse the exploration of new information, hence staying within our self-imposed limits. Either ways, we find ourselves trapped and paralyzed within our own myth…the Ego.

Heartistry is an approach to Conscious Evolution by which one rises above this conflict consciously by living, learning, experiencing and expressing from the Open Heart, a sophisticated Higher Universal intelligence with its own Discernment and Free-Thinking mechanisms.

The Heartist or the Conscious Evolutioneer observes his or her own evolution like an objective scientist, learns from it like a curious researcher, experiences it like an innocent child and expresses transformation like an inspired artist, hence living his or her life like a true Alchemical Omni-Dimensional Universal Being.
